Very happy with the massage I received.Great that I could claim heaps of the service on private heath too.They were a little busy but only had to wait 15 min which I was fin with.Had an hour massage. Manly neck and back, some legs and arms.Easy to find near the Big W. Part of the shopping centre so parking usually isn’t a problem. The centre does get busy though.Cheers, I’ll be back again.

Excellent service, they take private health insurance cards, which really helps the cost .Very friendly staff and a great massage was given. Thankyou

Do not get a massage here.The elderly lady who served me was extremely rude, ill mannered, and sarcastic. I asked her politely if they could do a 10minute shoulder massage, and she looked at me angrily and in a condescending tone.She then proceeded to complain to her college in mandarin, to which she did not know I understood. I was going to make it a full 30minutes massage after seeing and hearing that I stayed with my 10. I was just about to walk out, disgusting behavior and attitude from this lady.During the massage I asked if she could possibly massage a bit harder because clearly she did not want to work or gave a damn about doing her job properly, she glared at me and replied OK, then proceeded to purposely elbow my spine and shoulder blade, it hurt like hell.Save your bloody money and go somewhere else, honestly.I for one will never come back again and I would not recommend this place even if it was the last resort, there are 3 other massage places in pacific werribee, go to one of those instead.

Came in for a 40min massage (stepped into the store at 12.10pm) enquired about various massages and waited for a couple of minutes (no biggie)Went into the massage bed area around 12.15pm, and was ready around 12.18pm - up to speed, great..Had my massage, which was pretty good, massage wrapped up at 12.49pm - ummm, that’s not 40mins..The lady wrote down the exact time I stepped into the store and counted that into my 40mins..firstly I know it’s only 10 mins or so (give or take) and the price difference is only $15.00.It’s not often I will argue about price or time taken etc, but I wasn’t taking this..Lady was very very rude and argued for 5mins or so, I only paid for 30 mins - it was that or nothing..Just be mindful…
