Have been a patient here for over 30 years. First Doctor was Ohara then moved to care of Roger. All staff have always been helpful and caring.

Ettalong Family Medical Centre
I had an unusual accident in Ettalong metres from the medical centre and was in extreme pain and needed help. Dr Julian Alsop saw me and did a small procedure to alleviate my pain, gave me scripts and sent me for an ultrasound. He was incredibly caring at a time when I was scared and in pain. He called me the next day to check I was ok and to make sure I was continuing treatment of the wound. This medical centre is lucky to have such an empathetic doctor on board.

Great Doctors. Helpful team on reception. Will slot you in for urgent appointments when needed. Always found them to actually take the time to listen to your needs, be thorough and provide the right care.

Very disappointed that they show such a lack of respect to their patients by booking appointments for 8.30am but doctors don't start till 9am.Found this behaviour very rude and arrogant suggesting that customers time is not worth anything and only the blessed doctor should be considered.An hour wait is not uncommon at this practice and you are recommended to phone before attending to confirm how far behind they are running.

This practice is very good. The team of doctors are all empathetic, they are to date and able to deal with range of issues as expected of a good GP.In fact the I have found all three doctors who have managed my health to be exceptional.There is a team practice here which make sure there is always someone who is aware of your health history and well supported clinically.As far as reception is concerned I haven't seen any rudeness and at times they have come out to my car to assist me with my wife.I was referred to this practice by a person who has a very good knowledge of local General Practices.Its been a tough year so lets all try to get along.

Not taking new patients. I've been in the area for nearly 5 years & still on the waiting list. Front desk staff rude, unhelpful & arrogant women.Zero stars.
