I’m so happy I found James on FB!Our windows have never looked so good. We have large glass windows that look out to our lap pool, which is down the side of the house. There’s no access to clean the windows…except by going into the pool. I never dreamed James would actually go into the pool to clean them for us. I told him we couldn’t reach them so we could never really clean them properly. By going into our pool and using his really long window cleaner, we have these amazing clean windows that look out to our pool now. He went above and beyond. Definitely will be using Ladderless Window cleaning from now on. Thanks James. Mathew and Paula

So happy with the service that James provided. Our windows are super clean inside and out. So are the flyscreens and the tracks. And the pool fence.Attention to detail and patient in getting the job done well.Also very responsible price.

Terrible. Paid as per quote for windows, tracks and flyscreens to be cleaned. Didn’t check before he left. All the tracks are not cleaned and the screens as well. On contacting he came back and was rude, refusing to rectify or part refund.I do not recommend this man, awful experience.

James and his assistant did an excellent job with some difficult to get to second story windows. System using distilled water and windows look as great. Easy to arrange and arrived right on time. So highly recommended.
