Within a short while after buying the ECG upgrade/workaround' for my Apple watch series 6 watch in Australia, I received instructions on how to go about installing this 'patch'. I am very very happy I could get the ECG function to work on my Apple Watch, while I was mighty sad and disappointed with the fact this feature is not normally available in Australia (not 100% sure who is responsible for this missing feature - Apple or our regulators). Thank you for your support in this matter.
