Jacob got the repair done as arranged, on time and outside the front door. Spared the inconvenience of dropping off the car, getting home and then later having to go and collect the car, such a bother as any car owner knows. Work was done to my satisfaction and I have another job lined up for him, his rates are very reasonable.He's a good man.

First time using JLE and will NOT be the last. Jacob worked on my Jeep Grand Cherokee that was stuck in a gated carpark. Jacob was so fast and professional showing me all parts and prices making sure i was ok with proceeding with the fix $460 in total which i will happily pay again. Also very patient as i was a little hard to work with. Thanks for the awesome service!! and i have definitely passed your number around at work.

Horrible experience with this guy! Ruined my car and and over charged me to fix it and it ended up costing me even more. He’s someone I’d never recommend to anyone. Stay clear of this nonchalant man as there are plenty of others that will do better.

My mother called Jacob today to fix our car, communication regarding ETA was consistent and awesome first impression. Fixed an issue that has been ongoing for months (more due to my family not trusting a few mechanics after previous works) and even popped out an old dent. Thank you! The family now has a trusty go to for our cars. Highly recommended!

Jacob was very friendly and helpful with fixing my car. Gave me correct advice and explained everything that he done. Very honest and reliable. Hard to find mechanics who are trust-worthy out there, JLE is definitely one them. Will be calling again for future needs.
