The phone consultant was difficult to understand, Mick the tech wjo came out was 100% perfect, knew what to do, very safety conscious, fixed the unleaded in diesel tank perfectly and explained each step along the way. Not overly impressed with the $12 credit card fees on the final bill, $600 is bad enough until you see you have been bend over for cc card fees.

Accidental put 33 ltr of petrol into my diesel tank. Michael the technician did a fabulous professional job in removing the fuel from the tank, cleaning all fuel lines, putting 10ltr diesel into the tank, restarting and checking everything before letting me go a full professional service and a nice guy to boot.

The technician (Michael), knew what he was doing and prior to start, he asked many questions about my mishap with the car to figure out what exactly needs to be done. He was very supportive and answered to all my questions politely and very patiently. Though he had other calls to attend after mine was fixed, he waited at my place for a while until I’m satisfied with my test run.

Sensational prompt service. Very friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel like a goose. So much easier (and probably cheaper) than having car towed. Hopefully won’t have to use them again but would definitely recommend.
