Their staff are a bit judgey and they cut my sub before cleaning it so i had to eat the remains of the previous customers sandwich which doesn’t bother me but was something that shouldn’t happen, as i do have to pay about $12-15

The quality of their Italian herb and cheese bread has been on a sharp decline in recent years. It used to have an abundance of herbs and tasty crispy cheese on top. As my picture from today shows, you’re lucky to get a worm-sized piece of cheese.The store smells great from a distance, but get up close and the food that is being produced out of here leaves a lot to be desired. I hope with constructive feedback such as this, the business will pull up their bootstraps and get back to delivering healthy wholesome food. Do it for Charlestown!

Terrible amount of salads, considering the price I was very disappointed. I ordered a foot long sub with salads and could barely see the salad on it there was so little of it.Foot long and a drink $20 ridiculous !!!

They used the same knife covered in sauce from the previous persons to start cutting my bread. Dirty cutting boards. Bad lettuce and old tomato. Atmosphere is hot always in there. Not good for the meat. At the end half my filling is out of the breadOverpriced

NO STICKER ON MY WRAP AND THE WHOLE THING unravelled also wasn’t cut properly, I’m highly disappointed.

We brought two sub boxes that said choose you own sub" but got to the check out and was charged more then what the box cost

Staff were a big let down - couldn't remember what we ordered, had to repeat it multiple times, and had no idea why we were ordering a footlong to share with our kids, they just kept looking at us in complete non-comprehension. Venue was clean and tidy, with plenty of fresh food.
