Customer service is currently lacking.Switched to someone more reliable after days of miscommuniaction and postponing on a simple business card order. Our client waited over a month.No one in the email correspondance had names we could refer to and the service was shallow and with a different person each time.They kept telling us our bleed was wrong but wouldn't clarify how, they just kept sending screenshots of how to do it" with no further explanation or answers to our questions until we ended up paying them to sort it out for us.Needless struggle."

This has to be the most UNHELPFUL printing company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The only thing staff are taught for client management is directing people to the clunky confusing online portal.Working in the marketing industry I deal with printers daily - if you want a printer who will make your life harder and answer every request with “if you just log onto the online blah blah blah” then this is the printer for you.

I have used IBS Cards as my wholesale printer since 2011. I've watched the company grow and develop to offer their clients more print options. Their quality, turn around and service is second to none. I purchased everything from business cards to stubby coolers. I highly recommend ordering through IBS Cards.

Promotion products are not printed in house so IBS may not be responsible for any mistakes and won't take responsibility for bad colours or resolution issues. Stubby coolers have no print specs on the website so they don't accept liability. After placing an order for 500 and the colour being wrong- no refund , no help at all
