I had corresponded with Andrew before we towed our van from Warragul to Clayton to have the AC re-gassed and serviced. His phone manner and emails were very professional. There work on the van was done in quick time and at a very reasonable rate. Andrew is a nice pleasant chap to chat with, nothing is a ploblem. Excellent establishment to do business with. I give Sovereign Air 5 out of 5.

Sovereign air recently installed air conditioning for our home - the job was done quietly, quickly and in a professional way - a really good team. For us there was minimum disruption and the system is working perfectly. The advice on specifications for the units was spot on and the whole thing is working well during this hot burst. Very happy.

Very poor form. Called them to investigate why our ducted air con kept tripping. They sent 2 technicians out who cleaned the air filters and then stood around telling us jokes for the next 30 minutes. They then issued the invoice and are demanding payment for over $600! For doing what?! There was no mention before the service about the cost and now they are demanding payment. I recommend going elsewhere!

If the Representative/Cold calling/door to door salesman is anything to go by i would not to business wit them. Rude and obnoxious.
