Great product and great after sales service, had a problem with the remote and Kethan from Elite had a new one on my doorstep in less than a week. If only more companies supported their customers and products like this.

Excellent product and exceptional after sales support!Quality of the screen is great. In a dim room you are bonkers (and kidding yourself) if you think you would be able to tell the difference between this screen and a 'higher end'product 4 times the price. After about 15 months the screen developed a niggle trying to lock it in place. Called Elite Screens in Melbourne for help, spoke to Kethan and found out that the screen in fact came with a two year warranty (that I had no idea about). I filled in an online form and BAM! few days later at no cost I had a new replacement screen and they took away my old one. I can't speak highly enough of this experience and the after sales service.

Kethan and the Elite Screens team are absolutely amazing. I had an issue with the screen that I bought and their after sales support was so professional. All my calls and emails were promptly answered. And the issue was fixed. Really happy with the outcome and the help Kethan provided.

I had an issue with my screen (the spring broke inside and would not roll up). Elite Screens replaced this within 1 week with a brand new replacement no cost. Fantastic product service. Great customer service. Love the product

I read the reviews and was confident of after sales service being excellent, how wrong can you be !I only updated to this screen so that I could have a remote trigger (works fine) and have the screen drop stop in the position I require.It took a week to receive a picture of the limit switch screws which does not match what's actually there and the instructions were in Chinese !He sent English instructions telling me to turn screw II but ignored all my requests as to the direction I would need to turn it, the google translation and the translation from a friend said it needed to be turned clockwise.I followed the instructions and to my horror the screen retracted up into the casing and got jammed and the motor smelled of burning !!!I managed to pull it out and reversed what I had been told and it seems to work fine apart from some pressure indentations that are now in the screen, grrrrrrrHe has ignored two further e-mails !!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have now figured it out myself, the STARLING 2 limit adjustment is the exact opposite of their instructions, SCREW 1 and CLOCKWISE !!!Once a mate has installed his and I can see the screen is better than mine I will be taking action to have mine replaced because of the pressure dents.

I have been dealing with Elite screens for over 12 months now and found them to be very efficient, polite and great products. They really know their stuff.
