I've only been there once as I was passing through Geelong and desperately needed new wiper blades for a Subaru XV.I had originally gone to Autobarn and they couldn't help me, so I drove around the back and straight to Repco as I thought I would get the same result from Supercheap.I walked up the back to the counter where I was greeted by two young men and told them I needed help.Like Autobarn they didn't have exactly what I needed but one of them started dismantling my wipers and was able to replace the rubber wipers blades within the wipers. He was quite happy to help and did a wonderful job saving me a bucket load of money.In fact he didn't charge me at all because the rubbers he used were from surplus stock. His name was Matthew and while he was helping me out he was also able to assist other customers at the same time. He knew what he was talking about and connected with his customers in such a way that you felt like he was a friend and genuinely cared.I have not seen or experienced this, in retail for what seems like decades.You can't put a value on this kind of service. I just hope Repco looks after staff like this and is creating these kinds of environments in all their stores.Repco, or should I say Matthew. Thank you, thank you so much for being so thoughtful and having such wonderful team of staff around you. I sincerely wish you and your team all the very best.PSOur world needs more of this kind of thing, especially during these difficult times.

The service was what you'd expect from and auto parts store. They've got a whole lot of bits and bobs for your car. You would normally be able to find what you're looking for here.You can always call up for parts and accessories before going, go online or walk in.

Great staff who know exactly where everything is.

Went there to buy battery, the older guy went through the car details and found quite a few batteries that could suit my car. He gave me a wrong one with reversed terminal that killed my Alternator and cost me over $2000 to fix it. The wires started to smoke as soon as the battery was connected. I returned the battery and the young girl at the desk had much more understanding of battery numbers/Codes than the other guy. He had no idea that R"... meant Reverse Terminal. Not satisfied at all. If I don't get compensation I will go to VCAT."

Fantastic service 15/9/22 jayden, Jess and another guy who I didn’t get the name of went above and beyond to help find a bmw radiator cap as mine had blown apart mid drive they tried to sort out delivery but was i was able to limp my car to the shop.....very compassionate and helpful I can’t thank you guys enough even with offer of shop tools to help remove last of the cap stuck in radiator I purchased tools tho to help remove it but thank you for the extremely kind offer

Don't waste your time , repco has become a super cheap auto clone , cheap junk tools , only good for parts and Burson leave em for dead there

Bought a new battery over 12 months a go replace no question asked great service

Plenty of stock, but no staff member at the checkout desk after waiting for 10 minutes means a lost sale and a lost customer.
