I strongly believe these guys work against you.As accountants they wouldn’t know how hard you need to work to make ends meet. They have out grown the normal hard working person and satisfy the ATO to reap there kickbacks.Stay away from these guys!!AND OBVIOUSLY they give them selves 5 starsSee attached photo

Really disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism.Slow to respond and issued an advice that was riddled with typos, giving little confidence in the substantive advice.Then went on to issue an invoice in excess of their quote but not happy to provide a breakdown of this. Agreed to reduce their fees to the top end of their quote eventually but refused to provide a narrative showing how they had reached it. Clearly at that point they realised they had lost me as a client.By far the worst professional services firm experience I have had.
