The manager was so nice, honest and gentle with my son! Highly recommend her to all new mums with their kids starting kindergarten as it made the process a lot more smoother and reassuring

Great service last week at the pop up in Myer shopping for shoes for my daughter's year 6 formal. The staff member spotted straight away that my daughter has narrow feet. They didn't have the brand we needed in stock at that store but we knew exactly what to look for when we went to the Rouse Hill store. We were saved so much time looking around thanks to the expertise of the staff and knowledge of what was available.

I went to this shop last week for my sons first ever school shoes and I have to say that was the best ever experience. Jenny was so kind and caring. She was so impressive! We will definitely come back for more shoes!

The store was busy with back to school customers and over an hour waiting time. The staff were so friendly and fantastic, giving us our well waited attention! Hayley the store manager went above and beyond tracking down four pairs of shoes for our family, 3 pairs were in stock and 1 pair she ordered online for delivery from the warehouse. I could not fault the customer service. Thank you!

I took my daughter for her shoe fitting today to get her first ever school shoes.She was very excited.We were quite early but the staff were able to start the fitting anyways which was nice.The lady that helped us was friendly and she made my daughter feel very comfortable.Super happy and I'll definitely be back for all our future shoe needs.Thankyou for a great experience!

I got my shoes! That is the main thing.It was crazy with back to school shopping and there could never be enough people to help. I used the QR code to get into the cue for a fitting. It was not progressing quickly. Good for the people who are getting the fitting - as they get the help - not as happy for the people waiting. The assistants did close the doors at one time due to the rush of customers. I finally picked my own shoes and an assistant got the shoes. I went to the counter to pay. Felt like Hayley was present" and was focusing on me as a customer. She offered a quick check of the shoes if I wanted. Confirmed the shoes were fine. I was able to easily use the Back to School vouchers and I left feeling satisfied and relieved."

Worst experience ever! Waited for 45 mins on a waiting list and got told the shoes we were after they didn't have the size! After 45mins!? You could of just quickly checked and told me that, What a joke, never coming to this store or franchise again if that is how they operate.

Very bad experience with the fitting service, I’ve been waiting in the queue about half an hour and nobody come and service me. I was the only person signed up with this service in the shop, other people walked in and didn’t even sign up , but they got service before me. I don’t think this system works, waste my time and didn’t have a satisfactory shopping experience there.
