The live music was great and the place had a great as atmosphere. But what really stood out to me (i regret that I didn't catch his name) was the bartender with the brown hair, he was so accommodating and had such a good attitude. Based off of my experience with him alone i would recommend Piano bar to anyone!

I love here so much ,the performance is perfect ,manager Alex is so nice so sweet to all guests . The young girl Jaz is so amazing ,she is sweet to guests ..I love this place .

Went here for high tea on a Sunday afternoon. Absolutely lovely place with great decor, very relaxed atmosphere and great high tea. Service and engagement by staff was excellent. Espresso martini was fabulous.

Had an amazing experience at the Cocktail Masterclass with Paul and Hannah. From the moment we entered the Piano Bar our group was well looked after. From choosing the 3 cocktails we were making, to the glass of sparkling and the tasting plate - delicious! Learning how to make the cocktails was so much fun and we all found a new cocktail (or 3) that we like. Highly recommend the experience!!!!!!

We did the cocktail masterclass and our host Alice was wonderful. The class comes with three cocktails of your choice with a charcuterie board. The masterclass teaches you the basics from how to use the utensils properly to the mixology principals behind the cocktails. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend!

Nice looking place, pleasant atmosphere, food and drinks were good but service was atrocious. We had booked a table for 8 which was confirmed for a Wednesday night. When we arrived there was no table ready and we were left waiting at the door so long another patron even came over to us and said we could come inside. Being a Wednesday night it really wasn't busy and there were three staff members attending the bar yet we still waited an hour for drinks. We won't be back.

Beautiful venue but the $45 charcuterie platter was mostly bread of an ilk that you could find in any Coles. One of the four cured meats was also missing and when brought to the attendants attention I was met with an apology and a promise to tell the kitchen (I'm not sure how that helps me?). I can't see a reason to return.

Loved this place. Great vibe. Awesome G&T’sJay is a superstar at the Piano Bar making THE most divine G&T’s! Left it in his most capable hands to make some great drinks for our group and we were all blown away with some interesting flavours.Professional staff. Opulent decor...and gorgeous gorgeous food. Well worth another visit.
