Can't think of the last time I did a review but my experience with ICS was so good that I feel I need to give them a good review. Staff are very friendly, and knowledgeable; service was above and beyond and I will definitely be coming back for any computer needs. 10/10

They did a wonderful service on my computer. Brought it in late in the day and they had it back up and running with a new power supply, more RAM and replaced one of the shoddy fans in a couple of days.

I use computers all day at work but when I needed a new one for home I was recommended to see Patrick at Ingenuity Computer Systems. Working from an out of the box" unit Patrick advised me on the upgrades and mods i would need to suit my computing needs including reusing my existing SS Drives. I dropped off my old PC on the Wednesday night and collected my new one on Friday night. Great advice and great service all round."

Would definitely recommend anyone who are having issues with their computers/laptops or if you need screen repair, just like in my situation. Although fixing my laptop screen wasn't done properly the first time... Steven made 100% sure to fix it properly again the second time. This place genuinely cares for customers and makes sure they are happy and satisfied at the end of the day. These guys are incredible. If you need assistance with your computers, you must go into their store and they will help you no matter what.

Honestly punching myself right now for not coming to this place sooner for my computing needs! Patrick who had served me during my time there not only exercised the best customer service I have had for a while but their pricing is extremely reasonable too. Patrick asserted his professionalsm and expertise onto my issues with clear explanantions, and the fact that he did not mind explaining it a little bit further to a person that has no clue just shows the great charactersitic of this store. I highly recommend this place so you could get your computing problems solved at ease.
