Since the first day we walked into SHEL, we as a family were welcomed, listened to and accommodated for. My children were new to the area and there was a great deal of support from all staff throughout this transition for our family. The staff are approachable, available and follow up and any concerns or needs that my children have had. The programs and activities that the children are provided with are inspiring and the food they are served exceptional. Overall, we would highly recommend to any family looking for child care and kinder services.

St Helena Early Learning is the most wonderful and caring team. Each person knows my son and you feel like you are a part of a big family. My son absolutely loves it there, he is always playing outside and doing a big variety of activities. We are very happy and can’t recommend them enough.

My almost 2yr old has been attending SHEL since about 6months of age. She loves going there and seems to have a really nice relationship with numerous educators. I've been impressed with the care provided and extra efforts from the management team to be supportive to families during lockdowns. The communication between educators and parents and also management and parents is always clear, timely and friendly. I don't have a single bad thing to say, I really love the place.

Amazing childcare!!! Without a shadow of a doubt do they take care of your child as their own! My son has been attending St Helena Early Learning since he was 5 months old and he has kicked goals in age appropriate (if not older) development and all round happiness at this center! The kids do amazing activities in and out the rooms, also my little man met he's bestie at this childcare and the staff have been nothing but encouraging! You'd be crazy to look elsewhere as a working parent. I go to work knowing my little man is happy, cared for and enjoying himself every time I drop him off.

We have had our children enrolled at St Helena Early Learning since they first opened. The managers and educators are all approachable, genuinely interested in our children's lives and treat our children like their own. They communicate with us and make our children feel like they are the only ones attending the centre. The special memories that our children have gained in the last 2-3years is truly remarkable. The stories they come home with about what they did each day, the new experiences they tried and the yummy food they get to eat each day (i think they eat better at childcare than at home). We are so happy with our choice of childcare and would highly recommend to other families.

This is an excellent childcare centre, which offers great educational, creative and environmental activities, cultural days, cooking demonstrations, and nature walks etc...They have created a nurturing and caring environment and are supportive in childrens learning and emotional development.The facilities are modern and clean and there is plenty of space for the kids to learn and explore.My kids have formed great relationships with educators and friends. All the staff are great to deal with, communicate well and have a passion in what they do. We love our childcare family and highly recommend it!

We have had our son at St Helena Early Learning childcare since we moved to Greensborough in January and he loves it and so do we. We love that he can play outside all day in nature with sticks, mud and water. And well thought out activities and play. The setup with hats, jackets and wellies at the door just before they go outside is brilliant for Winter. And we thoroughly enjoy all the activities they offer for the parents including date night and Mothers' Day afternoon tea. The admin staff are very prompt with their replies to any queries we have. And the most important part by far has been how smooth the carers make drop off in the mornings so they're tantrum and tear free.

As an entertainer of 30 years, l have visited many educational venues and this is one of the few that stand out. Fresh, vibrant and each room has a different theme. Couple that with staff that are enthusiastic and you have a super learning Venue for children. Keep up that ‘spark’, you are vital for the community.Thank you Shelly and staff !

Our experience at St Helena Early Learning has been positive from day 1. I remember walking in the very first time and once I saw the natural light streaming through and was greeted by pleasant & knowledgeable staff I knew this was the right choice for our child. As you walk through each time, you can't help but notice the dedication and thoughtfulness that goes into the presentation of the centre and children's rooms. Our child has been part of the Nursery group for almost a year and the educators have been nothing short of amazing, the respect, warmth, love & care, shown at every drop off and pick up reassures me that our child is in the best care. I honestly can't fault St Helena Early Learning, the staff, communication & weekly menu's are fabulous. The play spaces have plenty of natural elements to explore, activities and regular updates through Storypark make for a hassle-free experience.
