Customer service notably lacking, after repeated failures to deliver on explicit promises by McLaren Dental staff to advise of update and/or re-send Order.Specifically - order never received, and no updates provided whatsoever despite being assured over the phone on 2 separate occasions by McLaren Dental staff that they would obtain tracking details and update me, failing which they would Express Post the Order (not received), and then when that was not received as promised, that they would Courier the Order (also not received). I also approached twice via email to follow-up, to no avail whatsoever.I understand that there are some issues with postal services at present, and that it may not be your ordinary practice to provide updates as to delivery; however, to be advised on two separate occasions that in lieu of my not having received the item yet nor tracking details being available, that the Order would be Express Posted in the first instance, and then Couriered in a second instance, and then to not receive any such Express Posted/Couriered items as was undertaken, nor any updates whatsoever as specifically advised following those two separate interactions, is disappointing under any circumstances.

Our practice has ordered from McLaren for the last 7 years, Steve is amazing and extremely helpful. Staff go out of their way to find products I need. I order everything I can from McLaren before I look elsewhere. 5 Stars!!!

As someone who purchases A LOT online (eg more than 5,000 purchases upon eBay alone over the past decade, as well as from PLENTY of other sites), I feel that I'm very well-positioned to judge a seller's customer relations & service quality, as well as their prices & speed of shipping & when I purchased a bunch of awesome Curaprox toothpastes, oral rinses & toothbrushes, I was BEYOND HAPPY with everything that Carlos did for me - the guy is AMAZING & NOTHING is too much of a hassle for him, honestly!!Thank you so very much & I'll be back again VERY SOON!!Cheers & best wishes from the Mornington Peninsula, over east!!Matt.

The practice I work for has been using McLaren Dental for years. Why? Because Steve is a freaking legend. He's not just a guy about the business, he genuinely cares and he continually bends over backwards and saves the day if/when it ever comes to it. Steve understands good business. Steve is all about the people. If you want local- consistency, reliability & integrity, pick Steve :)

The goods I ordered were NEVER received. The Australia Post concluded under an investigation that the products were lost in transit.I contacted McLaren via Ebay the day I received an email from Australia Post confirming delivery. I explained I hadn't actually received anything and that I had opened a case with Australia Post to investigate what happened.Once confirmed it was lost in transit I called the company and the woman I spoke to told me to send an email with the details and with the email from Australia Post concluding the investigation. I should them receive either a refund or the goods back to me.No response from McLaren for a 2nd time.Then I emailed once again, no response for a 3rd time.Today I called them multiple times and no one picked up the phone.I then sent a 4th email.So, no support whatsoever, if anything goes wrong you're on your own. I know my order is worth $30 only but it still something I bought and paid for and NEVER received.
