Pelican Sands Beach Resort

I had the pleasure of staying in 3 of the units in December. It was sold out, but Dana, the awesome manager, managed to move me around, and all of the units were superb . All different! Unit 203 was modern, perfect view, great A/C and fans, king size bed and very well equipped kitchen. The next unit 901 I think, was equally well equipped and kind of quirky fun decor. , a spa tub, and a view like I’ve never seen ! Amazing! Unit 803 was modern, lovely and light. Comfortable bed, like the others. Well equipped, good A/C and another incredible view! I’ve stayed at Pelican Sands in the past and always liked it. But, Dana and Mark have done beautiful renovations and are totally on the ball, helpful and prompt. I cannot recommend Pelican Sands enough! Can’t wait to be back there again!

What a beautiful spot for to have a relaxing holiday and when you want a little bit more the Gold Coast town is not far away

Lovely clean rooms with great air-conditioning, and comfortable beds, linen and towels provided. Decent wi-fi (we brought our chromecast and had no issues setting up). Nice little selection of tea and coffee provided, big fridge, kitchen with all you need (You'll need to bring your own food of course, and extra toilet paper, etc if you're having a longer stay like us, though some toilet paper is provided!) Staff are lovely and friendly, and very helpful. The beach is 30 seconds away, and there's a spa, indoor and outdoor pool as well for when the UV is too high. Rooms have a washing machine & dryer and dishwasher! Would absolutely recommend Pelican Sands, and if we are ever up here again we'd stay here. Balcony doors in the kids room can be key locked which provided great peace of mind.

Just a lovely spot to stay. But made even lovelier by the welcome and friendliness of the Managers, Dana and Mark. The unit was clean and comfortable. The garden, pool and BBQ areas were immaculate.

Had the pleasure off staying in this amazing friendly holiday apartments for a week with family. Great location and wonderful views.Mark and Dana was so welcome and couldn't do enough for us, we've made some true Friends. Highly recommended

Superb location, large apartment and Dana and Mark enhanced our stay with their welcoming and helpful professional manner. Easy to feel like a local popping into Tugun Village, shopping at Tugun Market, breakfast at Niche & Co cafe and easy walks along the beach to Kirra and Elephant Rock. So much more to discover but we will save that for next time - enjoy!

Loved it! Beautiful apartment with the beach literally at your doorstep. Lovely balcony to look at the ocean with sun beds & table & chairs. Inside it was very clean and modern with a well equiped kitchen. Great games room for our kids with a pool table & ping pong table. Indoor heated pool & spa. Nice outdoor pool area too. Staff were very friendly.

Mark and Dana are so welcoming and friendly, and Pelican Sands is absolutely beautiful. It is in the perfect location, overlooking the beach, clean and well presented inside with everything you need. My 4 young kids and I just stayed 4 nights in 502 and it was so wonderful. They loved the pool too! They commented yesterday on our last day that one of their favourite parts was how friendly Mark and Dana were. Fantastic place all round :)

Really enjoyed a week long stay. Nice caliber of guests here - quiet, peaceful with best beachfront location. Great hospitality and management style by hosts Dana & Mark - very welcoming, & accommodating. Thank you - see you again.!
