Who Who Carpet Cleaning and Pest Management

Customer service was great from the get-go! I submitted a request for a quote Monday night, had a quote by Tuesday morning, and service booked for Wednesday. What was quoted was what I paid for which was great.Had a great experience with Scott, who came to clean 5 of my rugs on-site. He was really friendly and helpful, assisting me to grab the rugs and then hang them out to dry aftewards. Didn't take much time at all either!

The rug came back with dirty patches. It was a $1500 rug I wouldn't pay $50 for it now.

Who who told me that they were specialist viscose carpet cleaners. They subjected 3 expensive rugs to the incorrect washing procedures and have ruined all three. They called to charge extra for browning treatments after a more than $900 cleaning quote. Then attempted to clean again by wet washing all 3 rugs further damaging the fibers. The rugs have changed colour and have big brown blotches all over. New Coco republic rugs costing $3000. Relying on small print disclaimers to avoid a compensation claim. Telephonically telling me they are specialists at this, they spot test and will first do one rug to see if it’s successful. The manager on delivery of the carpets assured me they have insurance for these situations, but now walking away from all claims. I was pressured to pay for the cleaning of one rug on delivery. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they take NO responsibility for ruining rugs.Instead of spot testing and cleaning one rug first as the manager had told me they would do, they put all 3 through a wet washing system. Doing research now I have found that you NEVER wet viscose carpets. This is a reasonable expectation a consumer would expect from a rug specialist company who advertise that they clean silk and viscose rugs. Be warned.

A little on the pricey side but they did an excellent job of cleaning and brightening my wool rug. I will definitely use their service again. The staff were friendly and very responsive over email.

We had 4 rugs and our white leather lounge cleaned and the results were fantastic - highly recommended! Great service and good value.

After paying $236, and asked me $45 more for the cat fur, all the the dirty stain are all there, cat fur is not all cleaned, and the cleaner told me he can't clean the stain, then what's the point for paying you money to clean them？？？？？？？What's the point for all your work？？！？？？？！！
