I have purchased many cakes from this patisserie and they are always of a high standard. The summer berries cake is amazing and their specialty cakes are always decorated to a very high standard. The customer service of the last few years has been superior and I always left with a smile however recently the staff seem to have changed. They seem disinterested and look like they don't want to be there. It's real shame as the quality of the service doesn't match the quality of their cakes

Have order two cakes from here. One for my sons birthday, the hazelnut dream and one for my dads 80th, a chocolate mouse cake. Both cakes were fabulous. Totally delicious. The service was great too. Very easy to arrange and very accommodating with my requests. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I've been a regular customer for a long time well before Rebecca took over the shop. The cakes are always fantastic but I must say the customer service has gone downhill since the change of staff at the counter in Dec last year. The new staff doesn't seem to understand customer service. Unlike the previous staff, this young lady appears unfriendly with no smile on her face. If customer service improves, I will surely give it a 5 star rating.

I was worried as the person infront of me ordered what-looked-to-be the last raspberry vanilla cake, but the staff were reassuring and made one for me in less than 2 minutes! Thank you so much for the delicious birthday cake. It was very well priced too, around $38. Coming back the next time I'm celebrating!

Wonderful staff. We called into buy a cake for a Birthday and didn't know what we wanted. All the cakes looked fantastic and since we had a GF family member it's hard to buy a cake but the staff helped us and the cake was a hit with everyone. I wish I could remember what it was call but it was so fresh and delicious. We also bought a lemon meringue which was also delicious. Thank you.

Ordered a lovely cake - from the photo - for my mum’s 85th. Said I didn’t want Macaroons just rose petals and sugar chards. Choc butter cake with vanilla icing and white choc drips. $140. My husband collected as I’m doing errands for mum. Sooooo disappointed. Cake rock hard and dry. Pathetic decorating. 3 shards and about 8 rose petals. Very poor presentation. I re decorated myself to make it look special

I had an amazing experience this weekend ordering a cake for my friend’s birthday. The girls were so kind and helpful and off course the cake was delicious.

First discovered Rebecca Lauric's patisserie after countless search for a gluten free and egg free cake. Discovered Rebecca's vegan and GF mud cake and was hooked ever since! Have also tried many of her other cakes and mousse. Extremely delicious! Excellent customer service every time.

I ordered a cake For my 40th Birthday, plain simple chocolate sponge with fresh strawberries and cream. Outside rustic decorated with fresh flowers. The cake didn’t have fresh flowers on top as ordered, it didn’t have fresh strawberries in between the layers. The flavor was very Basic and dry. I was very disappointed for a $240 birthday cake.I’m sure I’ll receive a response from the owner about the fresh flowers And why nothing was said when picking up the cake. Well I had a big birthday party on the same day I had my husband doing the errands to pick up the cake. Trust me if I had picked up the cake, you would have known about it.It’s your responsibility to ensure all orders are done correctly. You have hundreds of cake orders Every day however I only celebrate my 40th Birthday once in my life so the detailing and experience was important To me.Another point I would to make, If my cake did have fresh strawberries, I believe it would have added a-lot more flavor. I threw away more than half of my cake in the bin after two days. No one wanted left overs that unheard of in my household. My guests at my party were not shy to tell me that the cake was not nice.Your response to my messages was disappointing, I have purchased cakes previously which was good however this experience was a major let down.It’s a pity I can’t respond to the owners response in the review .
