SMT Drainage & Excavations

Very disappointed with the outcome of the job from SMT for my sump pump installation. Job started off very well and everything was going fine until the power conduit for my sump pump was damaged underground! After constantly ringing Shane, his attitude over the problem was that I am too far away from where they are based and that I would be charged for them to come out and fix the conduit which is already part of the almost $2,000 job!To top it off, Shane goes and blames another company for the conduit being damaged! After I ripped up my paving and dug down i noticed the damage which couldn't have been caused by the company doing my storm water, instead, refuses to come and fix the issue unless I pay him more money! Very disappointed.
