LandHQ John Deere: Bowral
I have visited LandHQ at Bowral twice now for mower parts. The staff were attentive and helpful both over the phone and in person. The staff I have dealt with had a good working knowledge of their spare parts and genuinely wanted to help me, very refreshing. The LandHQ website was not difficult to navigate when identifying parts and numbers. Some needed a bit of a search, however the staff really helped over the phone. The premises is easy to find. On site parking was scarce, however there was plenty of street parking outside. So far LandHQ has managed to supply me with every part needed. I have not driven away disappointed. It is definitely worth the drive to Bowral for John Deere parts.

I put my ride-on mower in for a service and a couple of other things to be fixed. One of the requests was to straighten a guide wheel on the deck. When I arrived to pick up the mower it seemed to me like it had not been done. I requested that the service consultant come and have a look, which they did, but said the person that did the service was not able to get it any straighter (it looked untouched to me). I said that I believed it could be easily fixed and asked the manager to have a look. There was much debate and finally another mechanic was asked to have a look at it and he was able to fix it (while I watched) in 2 or 3 minutes. I asked the service manager to have a look how easily it was done, and he said, well if you really want to make your point". With that fixed

Our local John Deere supplier and service agent, an awesome experience. The sales team were great, getting us into the right sized mower instead of the large one I was originally intending to purchase, and then loaned me a trailer to get it home.The spare parts and service team are exceptional, their knowledge of the equipment they look after is great. A simple phone call with a vague description of the part gets you the correct part number, reasonable price and generally it is in stock for quick pick up.

We have been buying new and used John Deere farm equipment for our farm for over 30yrs and never had any bad experiences until now. We purchased a John Deere tractor from Agriquip Machinery Co at Bowral, over 1000km away. The salesman was asked if there was any damage to the tractor on numerous occasions. We took his word that there was no damage to the tractor. Upon receiving the tractor we are very disappointing to discover that the tractor has damage to both sides of the fan cowl on the bonnet. Clearly visible from the outside. When contacting the salesman at Agriquip Bowral he didn't want to take responsibility and was rude and unprofessional in his response. We are disappointed with our purchase.

Having recently moved into the Bowral area and, needing a ride on mower, I was recommended to visit LandHQ's store there.I was attended to by Russell Dunlop at the store and after some very sensible advice based on my requirements bought a John Deere E110 tractor mower. The transaction was very straightforward and about 3 hours later Russell personally delivered the mower to my house and spent the next 45 minutes there showing my son and I how to use it safely.Great service and you have earned a loyal customer.

I can thoroughly recommend Land HQ Bowral. Luke Chesterfield recently helped me secure a John Deere X350 ride on mower and he is very knowledgeable and very good to deal with. The X350 does a fantastic job on my one acre block and is a pleasure to use.
