Extremely poor customer service, would not recommend.I had an appointment booked in to receive a quote for home window tinting, and after changing around our children's and work routine so we could be home for the appointment, the guy was a no-show.After ringing up, the man I spoke to was extremely unapologetic and couldn't care less that he'd missed our appointment. I am not one to make a scene and am usually very understanding, however to not even receive a call to let me know he couldn't make it, and also to not even show any empathy to potential customers. He was very rude and it was extremely disappointing. Luckily we called another tinting company and they were able to fit us in the next day and have so far offered amazing customer service. Anyone needing tinting services, I would highly advise to look around else where before contacting Tint-A-Car, what a terrible company for customers!

Great service

After confirming emails during the week to have my tinting done, extremely disappointed and annoyed to have wasted my time. Sitting at the shop and waiting for someone to arrive that never happened. After attempting to call, no answer. Complete waste of my day.
