Very disappointing my 2020 gladiator came with factory defect and it's getting flooded every time its rain they attended to fix it 4 times since I bought it last two years each time toldfixed and tested an still same all they do redirecting me to different staff to deal I can't understand such a big brand have this kind of management and service if it calls serviceI have have been also trying to get help from jeep customer care Australia (it calls) didn't even follow up what's been happening Iwill not recomend anyone to deal with NMG service centre

Horrible experience, got delivered Jeep rubicon with faulty sensors and tail light , and got them fixed in 2 separate days , but in the process they damage the car , And after sale they don’t answer your phone or emails

Been trying since the purchase date in 2018 to get my sound system/navigation looked at because it constantly turns itself off and restarts plus nav loses us frequently and takes ages to relocate us again. Been trying sincr Jan 2021 to get.a part for my broken plastic piece on the side of the drivers side seat....no help. I even spoke to Nepean Motor Group complaints dept and even they didnt get back to me. Just had a service and asked them to service the air suspension system, as per the warning that comes up on my car on a daily basis....apparently Nepean Motor Group can never replicate anything! Sales guys at Jeep are really nice, which is why I gave 2 stars, but Id NEVER buy another Jeep and will NEVER buy anything from Nepean Motor Group again.

Just been to the service dept yet a again trying to get some internal trims in the boot area fixed on once and for all, had the vehicle back so many times since new and they still cannot get the panels to stay in place. Either Jeep or the Dealer need to get it fixed, it is covered by warranty.

Unprofessional people and total waste of time . No one should waste their time taking their car to NMG and you have to chase them to find out if they are doing any work on your car or not. In my case I had to take my car back after two days and take it somewhere else to fix it.
