Me know the 7-11 from home Japan but this is the good. It have the petrol for car and good food drink for me. Good staff as well they very polite to the me.

Rude Indian guy between 6-7 pm yesterday evening. I kept trying to fuel at pump 5 and it was getting cut off a few times however kept charging $$. Finally I could fuel…and when I went in to pay he was yelling at me and warning me! Saying be careful next time in front of others lined up. I asked him what was wrong with the pump… I could not fuel initially and he said he didn’t know. Then y did he warn me ? Why does he work there?Charged me extra I guess.. a couple $$. But would be helpful to have the owner or manager know how their staff behave with other Indians !Worst experience of my life.

Came around 2:25 am and waited outside in cold for 10 mins and rang bell on the window three times but no one responded and i heard clearly someone talking inside on phone, at the moments its fooking -2 temperature so have some mercy on us, worst customer service i have ever faced at any 7 eleven.2nd visit:Today i visited again, and saw one lady yelling at staff member, he didnot deserve that when everyone was waiting at window as it was night time but the lady was just yelling unnecessarily and person at counter acted professionally tonight and remain cool and calm.

went to this servo to get Doughnuts from the shop. Seriously the doughnuts were hard like rocks. perhaps they didn't have any delivery since long and they are using same old doughnuts which are supposed to be refreshed daily.

Always stop here and buy fuel and Krispy Kreme’s. Never had an issue until today.Staff member was already verbally short and rude to other customers prior to me and when he tried to over charge me for my purchase, I provided proof via piks of the donuts pricing on my phone and he argued with me and basically said bad luck, I’m not selling it to you at the stores advertised price.. it turned into an argument and I won’t be back.. How many other ppl are purchasing things at the advertised price, then not realising their being over charged?? Not good enough from the store and pathetic attitude from the staff.

7Eleven Karabar QBN. I’ve only been to this store three times, everytime the store is clean and well stocked. They even have coffee trays ready to go so things are easier in the morning rush. Hands down the best convenience store I’ve been too. The team there today were so friendly and were greeting and chatting with everyone that came in. Great experience!

The gentleman at counter was courteous and tentative. Fuel price (95) was also the cheapest around the area.
