I've been taking my car to Tom's for 5+ years and would highly recommend. He gets repairs and services done efficiently, with good communication and at reasonable cost. Have sent many family and friends to him over the years.

Andrew is friendly, honest and reasonable. He always helps me out at a moments notice and gets the job done immediately. The best in the inner west!!

Do not trust Tom. He did my pre purchase inspection without running the computer for engine faults. Then I took my car in to replace an engine mount and he replaced the tyres without asking - tyres he should have checked in the pre purchase inspection - and charged me $1200. When I took my car for a volkswagen service after this experience they informed me of multiple engine faults - Tom never picked up any because he never looked. The engine mount problem turned out to actually be an issue with the cylinders and engine wiring. Huge expense, so at this point I offloaded the car at massive expense. All of this could have been picked up if he had done the initial inspection properly. But he was just looking for ways to charge me in the future. Hopeless communication, sexist and a rip off

Got the job done faster than expected. Exceptional service by Andrew. Tried other mechanics who told me my breaks were needed ti be done on my hyundai I30 N line premium however when I took it to Andrew to get a second opinion.. he advised me they still 6 months left. I have finally found a honest and reliable mechanic which I can go to every time.

Very happy with the work that the boys have done on my car! Brought my Nissan S14 to get a gearbox replacement in time for a car show.I was able to get the car back extremely fast in the short notice I had given them. Great work, will definitely be brining all my cars to this garage
