The team at Ecali are fantastic. They worked with me to design my partners dream ring. I think she loves it more than me ;).Thank you to Kerryn and the whole Ecali team for delivering such an absolutely stunning piece with ease and a really fair price.

Last week we had my wife's ring repaired - a very delicate task, and Ecali did the most beautiful job and clean. The cost was also extremely reasonable, which we were very grateful for. We will certainly be back.

After visiting at least six other jewellery stores across Subi and the CBD to look for an Engagement ring, Kerryn and the team at Ecali were by far a cut above the rest. Their willingness and ability to work with me to customise a ring was excellent, and they were able to offer several suggestions and ideas with quick turnarounds for CAD models to help visualise the ring. Pricing was fair too. Above all, their service – in part, due to the fact this is an owner-operated fine jewellery store, there was no feeling of being led by a sales person towards a ring that hundreds of women are wearing. Once I had decided on the ring and stone, I didn’t leave much time before I needed the ring, and Kerryn personally ensured everything was in place to get it done in time and I left with confidence. Ecali delivered on that. My partner absolutely loved the ring, and I cannot recommend Ecali highly enough.

After a recommendation from a friend I had my engagement ring reset at Ecali. I am so happy with the result. The help to choose a new style and the care taken was exceptional. I love my new ring! Thanks

Very disappointed to buy a necklace to replace one I lost. It broke twice within wearing it for no more than 2 weeks total and then a week later. Then told I cannot wear it ever day (edit 24/7). This should have been clarified before I purchased it. They knew I wore it every day (edit 24/7) when I initially went to replace it. Ridiculous and not impressed.

We had a wonderful experience shopping for wedding rings at Ecali. We didn’t really know what we wanted by Kerryn was very patient showing us through their selection of rings and discussing customisations. We had a tight deadline to meet, and Kerryn was able to ensure our rings were ready on time. Excellent communication throughout the process. We would not hesitate to recommend Ecali to others.
