Wow where to start:Terrible serviceNo organizationMessy shopTook a laptop for repair and backup, I lost all data as they simply did not back it up.Bought a couple of things and even another laptop from here (stupid idea) and all items were faulty(laptop was sold as a new second hand but did not charge... and I wont even mention what it took to get that resolved.. what a joke.)DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DONT GO HERE... Just a consumer whose had enough of service and business like this

Contracted to develop a new website for this business. I made one for him which he liked but gave me excuses once it's done and refused to pay me. I invested time and money into the project and he ripped me off. I didn't release his website to him.

I have ordered 2 1tb hardrives = $90 which ive PAID for. Ive been told for the past week that they will be sent off, all I've gotten is constant EXCUSES! After I contacted once again hours after it was supposedly posted, I explained to him that I'm tired of being messed around that now I will report him, and wanted a refund, He then hung up the phone, and has continued to not answer any phone calls! NEVER BUY FROM HERE! I will be making a formal complaint hopefully after all these bad reviews etc we can get them closed down!

Been to this shop twice now and both experiences were great. The owner is helpful and has good prices. Honestly I think other reviewers are undervaluing having a local computer and IT shop in the area. Thankful that we have a local place we can go to for IT issues and to get computer equipment quickly. Recommended guys.

Q is an experienced person and knows his job well. I had one hard wired OS embedded into the firmware and he got rid of it, quite fast using his experience and tools allowing the OS , I wanted to install.

I wish i never got my laptop repaired from these guys in the first place, i put my laptop to get repaired because the charger port was broken and they said it would take 4 days from when i brought it in to get repaired. I handed it in on the 7th of feb. When Monday came around i rang them and said it still was under processing, weeks and weeks went on and constant phone calls to whats happening with the laptop went on and every phone call there was an excuse. Oh we have to buy a new part, its coming in tomorrow, oh we need to order a new part ect. ( just crappy excuses) after a while my father who works with school techies who fix up school computers and laptops said that this was a common problem and should only take about 2 days max to fix it was a simple task and if a new part was needed that he could get it in within a week. After my father rang up and yelled at them they actually started doing something with the laptop. Weeks later they rang me up saying that my laptop was charging , but the screen wasn’t working and it was my fault that when i dropped my laptop it damaged the screen ( i dropped it about 2-3 months prior to sending it in for repairs) and that “ they didn’t see whether or not the screen was working” that i had to pay for the charges, luckily when i dropped my laptop in my friend was there too and sat down next to me while we exchanged details and he had a look at it. They then sent it someone else to fix the screen ( without my permission ) and i just got it back today , ( 4th of march) it took 25+ days to get my laptop back, an unacceptable time frame especially when it is needed for uni and assignments. Don’t go there it was a hassle and took me about 15-17 phone calls to get some kind of work done by them and it took just under a month for them to repair the laptop.go somewhere elseif i could rate this business out of 10 i would give it a 0/10- poor customer service- poor services ( time frame)- they don't communicate they never rang me to tell me whats going on

Went in-store just looking for a couple of cords for my PC, but ended up buying more because other products were priced well. The owner was very kind to me while I was there and seemed to appreciate my patronage. Even though my items ended up totalling around $100, he only charged me $60, and he even threw in a couple of items for free. The products I bought all work well. If you're looking to buy some miscellaneous PC parts, then I highly recommend.

I think this place is a scam. They diagnosed my laptop with a broken keyboard and tried to charge me close to $200 for repairs. In my own time I did research on my issue and it was a very easy fix, the parts I ordered from youtube for simply $16 and it worked super easy. I paid the service fee and requested my laptop back, and they didn't even put the screens holding the cover in properly...ended up losing 2 screws and one was missing on the inside once I installed the parts. Would not recommend these guys, they're a scam - go somewhere else.

Fantastic operator. I have been dealing with Q for over 5 years and her service is exceptional. He will turn over every rock to seek solutions to problems you have with technology. His turn around time is fantastic and prices are very reasonable.Keep up the great woek Q!

Asked them if they had a certain graphics card in stock. They asked me what I was going to use it for...... The level of general knowledge on I.t is pretty abysmal, I do not have high hopes for this store that cannot even obtain its own domain even tho it's plastered all over its shop front.
