I visited Ipswich to have my will drawn up. Joy was extremely professional, friendly, and patient throughout the meeting. She explained everything clearly to me. The two staff members at reception were polite, friendly and professional. This is a fantastic service for which I am grateful.

Have thousands of dollars in public trust account, while looking for work to make a number grow that I have no access too, asked for money, other than bills it was the first time in a month or so and got denied and they tried to end the phone call quickly after that and I couldn't even explain my current situation to them

I needed to update my will so I contacted the Public Trustee in Ipswich. I had a very satisfying phone consultation with Joy who did as I had asked with charm and efficiency. Then the staff in the office were courteous and friendly when I went next day to sign and collect a copy Thanks to all.

The Public Trustee's free will-making service is an excellent service for Queenslanders. I had my will made at the Ipswich office and have only good things to say about the service received. The staff, in particular Joy who drew up the will, were courteous and professional. I was not rushed and Joy explained everything clearly, as well as answering any and all of my questions. In under an hour I walked out of their office with a completed will. I think that as a client it helped the process that I had adequately prepared for the appointment.
