Brisbane pool boys doesn't even deserve 1 star!Any small business who sevices the local community should have at least some moral and ethics when dealing with customers. My experience with this business was truly disappointing, their approach went from passive to aggressive. I was blatantly lied to and completely misled one word to sum up these guys. DODGY" I am not a petty person who has too much spare time to sit and write bad reviews but the consumer needs to be aware to steer clear of this business."

Ben at Brisbane Pool boys did a great job. Needed a new chlorinator and power board and he came out on his Saturday off to inspect free of charge. Quite a costly exercise in replacements, however was happy to go with the pool boys as he was very happy to go out of his way upon our first contact.

We attempted to use their service for a few months, but after having continuous no-show appts, we tried to book one last appt before the end of the year. After confirming the appt for 8:30AM with Samantha (The only member of staff who IS polite and endeavours to help), and clarifying, 3 times, that we require a phone call when the service tech is on their way or once they’ve arrived, the following day of the appt - another no show. No call, no tech arrived.After my partner tried calling multiple times, eventually getting through, we were received on the other end of the phone by the most appalling example of customer service. A man who spoke over the top of us, not allowing us to get a word in edgewise and being incredibly rude.One would fairly hope that in the current economic climate after COVID, that excellent customer service would be a priority for ALL businesses, in order for them to keep any customers at all, and stay operating. But apparently that’s a difficult concept for some businesses to grasp.As we’ve now seen after reading the very mixed reviews online, citing the owner as a ‘bully’ and more, we’ve decided to cancel our account with this business. We strongly recommend against any of our friends or family using this service either.

Highly recommend this business. They have always been 100% honest with what is needed. Never try to sell you stuff that you dont need. I always feel 100% confident with the advice provided. There are other shops closer to me but I travel the distance to use a team I trust

Fantastic service always! I am a property manager and have Brisbane Pool Boys managing at least 50 of my managements in my portfolio and they are very proactive with repairs and maintenance, easy to work with on accounts, and Samantha (the first point of contact) is awesome!

The crew at Pool Boys are excellent. Always provide helpful advice to keep my pool sparkling with good products and nothing unnecessary. Highly recommend.

I usually don't write positive reviews, but in this case I need and want to make an exception.The Pool Boys arrived today for the monthly cleanup, vacuumed the pool, cleaned the filter, etc.Nothing complain or exceptional about that, HOWEVERit was raining cats and dogs and the Gentleman cleaning the Pool kept on working, doing this and that. I just felt terrible seeing him all soaked and wet. But he just smiled and kept on doing good things!A big big THANK YOU (unfortunately I don't know his name)!I really appreciate it!

Used Brisbane Pool Boys and was left with thousands of dollars in damaged equipment. Of course they will happily invoice for new equipment but never take any responsibility or proactive steps to prevent damage occurring in the first instance.I purchased a replacement pump from another supplier instead of the unit quoted by Brisbane Pool Boys. 2-3 months later, the replacement pump had been left to run dry and had burnt out. Aparently 20cm of evaporation is considered normal" over a 6 week period.Not so much as a "hey

Best pool shop in the area. Friendly. Great service. Really know their stuff.Once I went in and the guy dipped his finger in my pool water sample, tasted it and got the PH level exactly right. He then sniffed the sample and made a perfect assessment of the amount of chemicals I needed. Finally he held it to the light and told me there were 9 leaves floating in the pool I should remove. When I got home I saw only 8 then I realised a small one was below a larger one...Ok that didn't happen but that's pretty close to how much they know their stuff.....
