Craig is a masterful communicator, brilliant negotiator, and the best force that any seller can trust in order to sell their home. He’s up to the minute on keeping you informed, tells you beforehand exactly what he is planning and what he thinks. When it is important he will still follow directions if it’s something you really want. Craig is everything a seller could want or need and more. He takes all the hard work, the difficult decisions and breaks them down and leads the seller and buyer with baby steps until everyone has the ideal outcome. He is completely transparent and straight. He made selling our house enjoyable and removed all stress and hurdles, managing everything to a fine art. I wish Craig was closer to where we live, because I would love to deal with him not just as a seller but also as a buyer. I can’t say enough about this agent. Craig is wonderful.
