I've been going to Emma for years to have tops and dresses fitted to me. I don't go anywhere else. Beautiful work and very reasonable price. It's a family run business and I have found her and her husband to always be very gracious.

My shirt was butchered, the piece of fabric I gave him was wasted and he didn't understand a concept of peplum shirt. 2 stars because the stitches were good and the price ok. Not recommended.

I had never got any alterations before, so I was a little nervous when I first went to Emma Star hoping to get my Year 12 formal dress fitted because I wanted it to be perfect for the special night. When I came in and tried the dress on after it was adjusted I was so happy because it fitted so perfectly and the true potential of the dress was revealed! I felt so beautiful and I had a wonderful experience of getting my dress fitted here.

Very, very poor shop. Asked for cash at checkout. And messed up my clothes. Revisited 4 times before barely finishing it. And every time the owner for various reasons... In short. Very bad shop! Worst store in Australia

Emma is a true Star! I recently came to Emma’s shop with my 2 new pairs of pants to alter them to fit me better. My experience was absolutely great. Firstly, Emma is super friendly. Secondly, Emma advised how to enhance the generous style of the pants rather than follow my ideas. She made suggestions that saved me time & money & emphasised the modern look of the pants. I’ve received a few compliments already. I’m very appreciative of Emma’s customer service, work, professionalism.Great price & great service!

I feel like I should drive back and give him more money. I have to wear a full body suit cover for work. He fixed the zippers so it’s easy to get off by myself now. And for such a good price too. Highly recommend
