Buyers beware - I recently bought an E-bike from Crooze in March and have received a demo stock with minor scratches with pedals/frame/wheels already showing signs of usage. The team mentioned that it was setup once before to test the product on the road but that does not excuse the fact that there were scratches on the aluminum frame.Worst part of the experience is that the team told me to wipe off the dirt and it will be fine and then stopped replying.I've asked for a return but the owner/director James patten had refused saying Any marks are minor and with the tolerance of the bikes made by this manufacturer. they are not faults or defects "For any consumer purchasing a $3500 brand new bike from Crooze just beware what you will get may not be brand new and instead a demo / used productPictures attached as proof as soon as I received the item from courier.Disappointed with supporting a local store - Will never purchase from here againreading other reviews just confirms that Crooze is quick to blame the manufacturer and deflecting their own responsibility - please watchout !"

I shopped with Crooze for their good prices, product range and good reviews. My order was accidently duplicated and I was charged twice. Andrew and James were most helpful in sorting this out and arranging a refund. Thank you team Crooze!

Last week I dropped off my Inokim Ox scooter for a flat tyre repair and a service. When I collected it I was amazed!! Not only had the tyre been replaced and the drum brake adjusted as I had requested they had amazingly fixed up the little problems like installing the safety rubber for the fold down mechanism that I had bodged together with some electrical tape. Also I had gotten used to there being a few millimetres of play in the stem that to be honest was kind of dangerous, but I had just gotten used to it and didn't think could be fixed. My 2.5K scooter feels and looks brand new again and is back to being an absolute dream to ride!!! Thank you sooo much Crooze scooters for going the extra mile for me!! That is what I call getting GOOD OLD FASHIONED SERVICE!! As you only charged me for the tyre and the brakes I feel the best way can pay you for all the extra care is to leave this review so others will know just why I will NEVER take my scooter anywhere else

Since posting a 1 star review Crooze have made contact and provided the process to return the item. This process is not particularly straight forward and should be accessed directly through their website. However I have adjusted the review in line with how they have responded to their processes not workingUnfortunately I feel I have to warn other consumers about this site. I have used Crooze for a few orders previously and have not had any problem (from reading reviews there potentially has been a change of ownership - and this has significantly impacted the customer service). However the latest order turned up and it had an item that was not the correct size for my son. I immediately tried to contact Crooze and the number does not work, since the order arrived I have tried to contact via the contact us page twice and there has been no confirmation or response. It's extremely poor to ignore customers and prevent them from being able to contact the store.Only purchase from here if you are comfortable knowing you will get no follow up if there are any problems.

I ordered two eBikes from Crooze (delivery to W.A.) the orders were processed the next day with the bikes arriving promptly and in perfect condition. I will definitely be shopping with them again.

Good prices and products, but terrible shipping and customer service. They state on their website as you select (and pay extra for) express shipping that it is next day" in Metro areas. It's now 8 days since my order and still haven't received my item. I paid $17 for "fast shipping". Why

I could not be more impressed, customer service at its finestI purchased an E-Bike on line & spoke to the team at Crooze to add some extras to my bike . To be honest it was like a breath of fresh air to once again experience real customer service from start to finish. To the team of Crooze Thank You for such a pleasant experience & I have no hesitation in recommending Crooze & will do so without hesitation.

My daughter absolutely loves her 3 wheel globber scooter that we purchased for Christmas. Amazing quality. Customer service was great, quick delivery. I definitely will be purchasing one for my son when he is old enough!

Awful experience and not responding for many weeks now, sent numerous emails and tried to teach them on their chat service.I purchased a Focus Jarifa2 E bike for over $3500 and recieved in a damaged condition. Crooze also sent me the wrong keys so can't even access the battery. They promised to send the correct keys and provide a $100 compesnation for the numerous damages on frame/handlebars but they have decided to not follow through with this and ignoring my emails. Incredibly unprofessional and I really advise anyone from buying from here. Shameful.

Bought a product from their online shop that I returned as it was the wrong size for my bike. Although there was a slight misunderstanding, the owner quickly resolved the issue and I was provided with a refund. I would shop with them again.
