When the checkouts are three deep with trollies piled high, it should not fall to the customers to have to request more checkouts to be opened. The staff should be monitoring.

Situated in a large car park shared with Aldi. Easy to find a staff member if you can't find what you're looking for. No token needed for shopping trolley. Many aisles of everything you need in this large Woolies.

Online shopping robbery - the last two orders that I’ve completed at the Bairnsdale store have been an absolute disaster, the first one they took $500 order even though they knew they could not supply due to a technical glitch and then took seven days to refund my money. The next order. I ordered alcohol 150 dollars my husband couldn’t pick it up as it was ordered under my name and we needed to drivers license fair enough. We were told it was going to be refunded into our account. 20 days later and lots of inquiries in store and being told to wait- I’m told that they customer service have to do an investigation to see if I actually picked it up. I am so done with Woolworths at no point do they think about Customer Service and the impact this has on me as their customer if I could give a zero I would’ve.

First time in Bairnsdale for some time and the rumour was Woolworths had shifted. Correct, and it's all big and new. Same shop with a better shopping experience including the drive through and pick up undercover, great idea.

Deliberately put most expensive products in the middle of the shelf,easy to reach .They put cheaper products on the very bottom shelf at the back so you have to crawl on your hands and knees to get to the products you want. Shameful. self serving registers have cameras that record you while you enter pin number and take photos of you as well. Total breach of privacy.
