My new favourite place! Alex was so very welcoming, and it was a lovely atmosphere. The remedial massage was amazing, and I feel so much better already! Highly recommend!

The first time I contacted Alex to arrange a massage she was understandably full with appointments but was still able to squeeze me in at such short notice. She’s not only skilled at running her business well though! She’s amazing at massage! I’ve not yet experienced her relaxation massages but have been several times for her remedial sports massages and now continue to go to her every month. She zones in on trouble areas you didn’t even realise you had! Do not underestimate her, she is small but very mighty! Highly recommend!

Alex was friendly and very knowledgeable. She found every part of my body that needed to be worked on. I’m feeling less tight already. I highly recommend her and can’t wait to go back next week :)

I honestly can’t recommend Alex enough. She actually listens, provides specific and targeted treatments for any areas of concern, and I walk out feeling amazing every single time. Alex is lovely to talk to, extremely knowledgeable and has the most comfortable massage bed ever. By far the best remedial massage I’ve ever had, which must be true as I keep going back for more! If you’re on the fence about booking in - just do it. Fantastic :)

Both my husband and I see Alex on a regular basis. She does a great job of releasing tension in tight muscles, helping us both to get relief from headaches. Definitely recommended a visit to Alex :)
