I ordered on line using their guidlines about measurement etc. The samples ordered arrived promptly and the ordering process was very easy to use. The company responded quickly to the order and indicated an accurate delivery timeline. The blinds are well made and are exactly as ordered.I recommend Blinds and Curtains on Line and will use them again when I need blinds.

Good blinds at a good price. I’m particularly pleased with the dual roller blinds, they’re lovely quality. The timber Venetians are also nice, worth noting that the drop measurement is for closed blinds on these, so when they’re open the bottom rung sits about 3cm higher - if you want it to sit closer to the floor/windowsill when open add an extra couple of cm. The experience wasn’t totally smooth - they initially forgot to send the dual roller brackets, but when I notified the customer service team they were wonderful, got back to me straight away & sent them out immediately. All in all, a positive experience, would recommend.

I wanted blinds for a space where the measurements were not stock standard. I didn't want the extra cost of a professional coming in to measure and do up a blind as it was only one window. I came across Blinds and Curtains on line, the ordering process was so easy. The measuring guidance was easy to follow too. Most importantly the price matched the service. I received my blind in no time and its 100% what I was after, sizing was exact and it was the exact colour and fabric I was after. I was very impressed with the ease of it all. 5 stars

Ordered 900 x 1800 blind as this size is difficult to find in stores. All aspacts of transaction were smoothly handled. Very impressed with packaging care, well wrapped and separated as cords can easily be entangled. Downloaded instructions, easy to instal even though unusual screw head. Very satisfied with service.

Excellent customer service and communication. excellent quality blinds and unbeatable pricing I ordered 8 large timber venetians for our period home and aside from looking excellent they have improved cold radiating off the windows onto us during winter as an added bonus. Cannot fault this company from start to finish!
