Unfortunately yet again a waste of time and money. I waited over 20 minutes which was most of my lunch break. I ordered dine in but had to put in a take away bag as it took so long I had to try to eat walking back to work. Won't be coming back that's for sure. Pretty embarrassing pictures of what was supposed to be Chicken with bacon lettuce and tomato... No I didn't pick anything off that's the way it looked when I opened it up in case you were wondering

Sorry but when a customer specifically asks for a warm" hot chocolate because it's for a child that is what I expect so as not to burn the child.Obviously I took the drinks and checked them first

Food was nice but seeing an elderly staff member be rude to a young woman (also a staff member) left a bad taste in my mouth. Poor girl I hope she quits and finds another job elsewhere working with nicer people, no one deserves to be bullied at work!

Ordered two half strength lattes received one definitely not half strength. Lasagna was suppose to be heated up and never received it. Service is not like it use to be.

One very rude lady arrogant at taking orders and even worse when bringing it to the table and the food was horrible my dog would turn his nose up definitely will never go back

We walked into Cafe Bon Appetit and were greeted with a smile and friendly hello.The food was terrific and at great prices, the service second to none.Will definitely be back if even in Launceston again.
