My dogs have been at these very clean & very friendly well laid out kennels many many times. Would not take them anywhere else.Very happy

Michelle & Bret run a fantastic home away from home for both cats & dogs. Our GSD Rosie & Cat Teddy both receive the best care and attention when they are boarding. The facilities are clean, and do not stink as some boarding kennels do. Clients are always welcome to see inside the boarding area - in fact the reception desk is located in the main kennel area so you can see first hand the care taken to keep the areas clean & tidy for our pets. Only premium food is provided & our pets have never come home looking hungry. Both owners have extensive knowledge of cats & dogs (particularly large breed dogs) I can highly recommend Whylaway Boarding Kennels to anyone needing to board their pets without the constant stress of wondering if they are ok.

I have just returned home from WHYLAWAY Boarding Kennels in Helidon where my dog was boarded for 9 days. Upon getting him into the car I have noticed that his eyes are glued shut from conjunctivitis - This was the second time in a row that he has come home with conjunctivitis from this kennel, the first time I thought it an unfortunate one-off but was not to this extent.I pointed it out to the man (presumably owner) as the dogs are supposed to have a complimentary bath and grooming service when boarding for 7+ days - He informed me that he was bathed this morning by his son! On closer inspection he even has feces around his bottom so was clearly not bathed. The man suggested I just grab him by the back to hold him down and scrub his eyes clean.

Loved our senior lunch .Fish ,chips,salod. And chicken burger and chipswe'll be back.

Our Staffy returned home a very happy dog. A lot of playtime was had with similar dogs, so a good place for friendly dogs. On they way to the coast too, so it's great location for weekends away.

Our pets love staying at Whylaway. They are happy and healthy when we collect them. We have used these Kennels for the past five years and they get a large thumbs up from us.

Our third time boarding Barney the dog at WHYLAWAY and every experience has been a good one. If Barney could talk he’d be asking for more time there. Thanks Bret for giving Barney a good time, and some free time for us

Our dog, Shelby (Border Collie) absolutely adores Brett! We know she's really well looked after while we're ever away and that she's safe (because she's a bit of an escape artist!) Thanks so much Michelle and Brett for providing a beautiful boarding kennel!

Our dogs just spent a few days there. They were healthy and happy when we picked them up.We were happy that the small dogs were kept separate from larger dogs. Even after only a few days Brett knew Molly and Leo well. I'd have no hesitation sending the dog's back there if the need arose.
