Came across this business by accident during a visit to Melbourne. Went in to have a look for a watch to buy. After speaking to Demetris we found out that they specialised in repairing vintage watches. We had a 50yo IWC watch which needed repairing. He explained in detail what the possible problems could be, the probable cost of a repair, and the process for us to send him the watch. We returned home to QLD and decided to contact Demetris and proceed with the repair of the watch. He was very professional and helpful, and the whole process was seamless. He outlined the problems they found with the watch and the probable cost, giving us the option to proceed or not. We proceeded with the repair, and now we have a classic vintage watch back in working order. Couldn't be happier with Demetris and his staff and the service they provided. Would highly recommend them as a go to for anything to do with older mechanical watches.
