Moved from Auckland to Melbourne in 2022 and OSS were responsible for the freight movements in Australia. They were fantastic, constant updates via email, straight forward forms to fill in, and great communication regarding delivery. Everything was delivered in good condition, we could see that the delivery driver handled all our goods with care.Thank you!

Wonderful service. My boxes were in storage for 1.5 years and the items were in very good condition when they were called out from storage. Delivery went very well and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very professional, shipping from Melbourne to NZ took 4 months, but I think that was out of their hands.After contact and getting a quote they dropped a bunch of boxes off so I could pack my things.Packed, taped and labelled everything. Some guys came a week later and picked everything up. Crew was really quick and you could tell were experienced packers (boxed up the fridge, washing machine, bike etc).Second time shipping goods overseas with them, would happily use again if needed.

We shipped our household goods from AUS to the UK during the pandemic. We had already left for the UK when OSS came to pack our things and they were easy to communicate with and coordinated with our storage shed on our behalf. They even went above and beyond to let friends and family add last minute items to our shipment. When our things arrived, they had been wrapped (and in some cases, re-wrapped) thoroughly and with a great deal of care. Lots of bubble wrap, lots of cardboard, and very sturdy boxes. All our things survived the journey and we’re grateful to OSS for the job they did.

Our experience with OSS began very well, efficient and quick communication, they were able to organise our move with very little time... However when our cargo arrived to Spain, we found out how poorly some items had been packed. 3 people came to pack our stuff and one guy looked clearly unexperienced, we found everything he packed was broken. When notifying OSS they have washed their hands as we didn't pay for insurance. I understand accidents happen, and this is what you get insurance for, but negligence is a different matter. If you pack a shelving unit without securing the shelves they will break during the move, so what is the purpose to bring them all the way around the world? Also, a bit of bubble wrap around big items is never going to be enough. Most of our broken items have a sentimental rather than monetary value. At least we would have liked to receive an apology. I attach some pics so that you can see the unprofessional work they provide. I guess customers out there don't want a compensation for their items but rather their items to come in one piece.

Referral from a friend who used these guys few years ago . We moved to Melbourne and these guys did more that what we expected . Packed everything beyond imagination. Some awkward furniture shapes and they made it so easy to pack . Everything arrived perfect and through out the whole things they communicated with us until the delivery day . They even took the rubbish and all the packaging with them . Thank you for your your work and will definitely tell others about you guys .

Great experience moving from NZ to Australia, kept informed throughout the process by a friendly and professional team. Delivery team was also great and on time.
