Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Just went in and David fixed up our guitar, straightened the neck and fixed the action in about 8 minutes - and they've got all of the stands, straps, strings, tuners, etc, that you could need, and can advise you which ones to get.Also, I love the ukeleles they have, and they even have proper stands for them! Nifty!

Dan was helpful and made the shopping experience pleasant! My son enjoyed the instrument selection process a lot! And sure the best music teachers! Surely will go back for anything in future..!!

A well presented store with friendly staff. I've been here a few times to pick up odds and ends while working on restoring a few old guitars that have tarnished by not being stored correctly while I wasn't actively playing. Pricing on some items is not competitive, but I do respect that they have to keep staff paid etc. where as I am unlikely to be making a big purchase in this space in the near future I have witnessed them giving customers personalized service, in our current climate that has been getting rare and it is good to see. I would recommend checking them out, and heck it's right in the middle of Rouse Hill Town Centre, so not really out of anyone's way in the northwest, right?

Thanks to the whole team at Maxx Music. Needed a drum amp urgently for my sons birthday. Daniel from the Rouse Hill store not only took my call after hours but by the morning had one sorted out for me to pick up by that afternoon. Much appreciated.

Came in to buy a keyboard to use as a MIDI to make beats & was going to buy one for a certain amount, the gentleman working at the store actually recommended me one that was half the price and still adequate for my needs. I ended up buying a guitar & some leads while I was there to make up for the money I saved lol. Top service. Thanks Guys. Best experience in dealing with the professional staff at this store. Subject matter knowledge of staff in store is impressive. Furthemore staffe take their time to explain and ensure customers receive the very best product suitable to their needs. Attention to detail with great customer service. Recently purchased a piano and there was a missing component from manufacturer, the team at Maxx followed up and offered a solution as soon as possible.

When I visited Maxx Music for the first time, I didn't know what to expect. Upon entry, I found a nice clean layout that made good sense in regards to easy browsing. The instruments and other equipment, were of good quality with competitive pricing. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Even when I asked about an uncommon item which they did not have in their inventory, they took the time out to research it and provide me with options that were perhaps nicer than what I had originally been after - and within the same price range too! I got the feeling that customer satisfaction was their top priority, as I was made to feel like a valued customer even though I was a first time customer who wasn't necessarily looking to make a purchase that day. However, I wound up buying a musical instrument for my daughter that she absolutely loves, and because of this spontaneous visit, I've found a new music store that I feel confident in dealing with for my own professional needs. I rarely go out of my way to give reviews like this, but in today's economy, it's more important than ever to support our brick and mortar music stores - especially the good ones (online shopping can be challenging since instruments cannot be physically inspected before purchase). So I figured I'd do my part and leave this review in order to help guide others to a place where they can shop comfortably and make purchases with confidence, knowing that they are in good hands.
