DIY Blinds ️

Honestly, I can't complain.I had a good experience with DIYBlinds (aka shutters).Pros, Raymond's customer service esp reasonable response time. And product. Loved that they supplied a cannister of caulk!*Cons- shutters for one room were almost perfect but a little oblong and the supplied Hoffman keys kept falling out, but thanks to Bunnings and 5mm ply we made it work.I have dyslexia and made an error in measurements and they offered 30% off which was respected.They use Hunter express, and express they're not. Not diy blinds' fault but that's who they use. They're poorly reviewed and I've not had great experiences with them.

I recently utilised DIY blinds for my newly built home and couldn't be happier! The customer service was absolutely amazing! Our sales officer, Lizzy, was extremely generous with her time to help me understand all the different curtain/blinds options and what would be best suit my home and personal preferences. Lizzy sent me a variety of pictures to help me fully visualise the different options. Their response rate to all my emails was also extremely prompt. Thea from the scheduling team was also fantastic and extremely flexible when I had to change around our initially planned installation date. The curtains/blinds themselves are beautiful. Great quality and they really soften the room and make the room feel taller. The process was super easy and I was able to feel confident in my material choices by having various swatches sent to my address. It was also a no brainer paying only a $100 flat rate fee to have the entire house measured by a professional to ensure everything would fit perfectly. There was a minor error with one of the curtains and Lizzy was prompt to follow up with me to make sure I was 100% happy with the final product and to fix any issues. I'm absolutely ecstatic with the final product, would 100% recommend. Thanks Lizzy and Thea for all your help!

The blinds are good quality, although I had a couple of issues. They were promptly rectified by the team at DIYblinds.1- The face fit blind I ordered was cut to small.A representative contacted me and offered to replace this blind.2- One of my blinds I was supplied the wrong double slim bracket causing the chain to foul.This was replaced promptly with good communication.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! We hunted around for awhile for blinds we could measure ourselves and that we could save money on, landing on these guys as the best and most affordable option. I liked that the products were made here in Australia and the wait times for manufacturing were much shorter than other companies and the price was better as well. The blinds arrived super quickly and we were very happy with the quality. We did however have an issue with a couple not shutting as tightly as they should (we purchased timber venetian blinds) and the mechanism seemed to be faulty after a few uses. After contacting their support team to see what we could do, I was asked to send a video of the issue, which was easily done. After forwarding this to the manufacturers, Marcus then got back to us and said that they would send out replacement blinds, no further questions asked, AND NO COST TO US AT ALL. I was absolutely gobsmacked, not only quick and efficient customer service for an issue, but also just incredible generosity in producing two new blinds for us at no cost. They arrived even quicker than the first lot and are in perfect working order. We are just so incredibly grateful and never expected such a fantastic result. We are recommending DIY Blinds to all our friends and plan to use them for all our future blinds purchases. Thanks so very much guys, you are running a fantastic business!

Amazing service from DIY Blinds every time I have interacted with them. Multiple orders of blinds and shutters which were great.A part broke on my panel glide downstairs and they sent me a replacement free of charge.Recommended 100%

Wasn't sure what to get for the blinds in our house and so glad we eventually went with DIY Blinds. They have very clear guides about how to measure and install the blinds. Installation only took us about 15 minutes for one blind and was very easy. They also have a great range of colours and textures available. Would highly recommend.

I recently purchased some blinds from DIY Blinds and I must say, I'm incredibly impressed with the quality of their products and their outstanding customer service. The blinds were easy to install and look absolutely amazing in my home.I had a few questions about the installation process, and Luke from DIY Blinds was incredibly helpful and patient. He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I had all the information I needed to install the blinds properly.What really impressed me, however, was when I accidentally damaged one of the blinds during installation. I was worried that I would have to purchase a new one, but Luke stepped in and helped me to fix it. So happy with my new curtain. Customer service was excellent (thanks Abbi!) pricing transparent and a big shout out to Corey who did the measure and install. Feeling comfortable with the tradesperson coming into your home is key (for me as a single woman anyway) and Corey brings exactly the right level of friendliness and professionalism. Super happy with the whole process from start to finish and would recommend.

I bought custom roller blinds from DIY blinds. Made and delivered promptly. Exactly to spec and high quality. Very good on line measuring and installation videos and very simple to install. Highly recommended.

I've been nothing but impressed with the team at DIY Blinds. We just wanted something really simple and affordable. Paulina helped me out with the booking which was fabulous (she even managed to get me some money back). As was Rachel and Sara from the Operations team. Aaron who came out for the check and measure and the installation was amazing as well. He made recommendations that were very good, and the workmanship was fantastic. Thank you team!
