Jim's Cleaning Bomaderry North

absolutely rude and doesn't listen to anything you tell him and believes he knows best. we told him when we were getting the keys, moving and when we needed the job done. he told me he could do a Thursday and then says he's given the Thursday to someone else as he hadn't been able to complete the job this week. fair enough. then told me that he could come on Monday and do a couple of the empty rooms and then split the end of lease clean over 2 afternoons being Tuesday afternoon (after we remove furniture) and Wednesday afternoon after he finishes his morning clean and will have 2 other cleaners assist. Then calls and tells me he has booked them all in for Tuesday morning and was arguing with me about my own move in date. When I've tried to explain he's incorrect he refused to listen to reason and tried to say I told the other jims cleaning I had already left despite me having emails stating the date we receive keys and the date we move. at this point he is still arguing with me so I say that I don't need the extra stress and that he is incorrect but if he can't help me clean then it it was it is and HE STILL PERSISTS TO ARGUE WITH ME ABOUT IT.I've had a great experience with jims cleaning before but this guy is ruining the good reputation. highly disappointed.
