I paid for a turbo charger for Volkswagen with 3month warranty, now not even 2 weeks it’s out of work. I tried to contact him for more than 2 weeks, he just ignored me. His name is: Ammar , his number 0421187…. Just kindly remind everyone to avoid buying anything from them. Thanks

Absolute time wasters. Placed order over a week ago and still no update. Ring to get an update and i get told they ll call back and they dont.Weak customer care.

NEVER EVER trust this business, i ordered a part then i returned i made a mistake so i needed the right part, then they took my money and they didnt send me the right part, I NEED A REFUND, be aware, there is one guy who will get annoyed and will hang up the call, i just forgot his name. It has been 4 days and they didnt even answer calls, do you call this a business ????

I tried calling to enquire about a common part for a Mercedes-Benz and gove local businesses money rather then buy from overseas, qnd before i could even finish my first sentence they hung up, no call back no nothing.... i guess they dont want my money....

I spoke to 2 different agents in the sales department, and they were very helpful I got a quote for $2102.00 and I ask if I could pick the parts myself and I was told I could. Couple days later before making the trip I called back and checked they had every part on stock and re confirmed that I could pick my order my self at Cambelfield Vic. What a shock of terrible customer service from the staff at this location. I was treated very poorly, a woman and a tall bald guy yelling from the inside that I couldn't be there like if I was doing something wrong, I try to explain why I was there but they just keep yelling the same.I work in retail as well and sometimes there is misunderstandings between head office and the physical stores. it could be that I was given the wrong information twice about being able to go to the store and collect my spares but that doesn't justify to treat a customer in that manner.

They're very reasonably priced and Brandon has been really helpful with all of my purchases and processed a refund straight away.

This guys order part from us and they haven’t paid us almost 4-5months never deal with them, I call them several times no answer.

Wow! I am very impressed by their promptness and efficiency. I found a part on their website on Wednesday afternoon. I contacted them via email. Dannielle C replied promptly. Part was located in Sydney. I am in Melbourne. I paid for the part (Good price) and part was dispatched overnight and delivered to me by Thursday afternoon.

I ordered a transmission last week they said to me will be here after 2 days I waited 2 days and then I got the transmission They make me to pay for it and then they deliver it for me and was with no clutch.I went there i told them they said to me sorry our stuff made mistake we gonna make another delivery for you all the delivery was coming from Sydney and was Saturday so they said to me will be here on Tuesday next week I waited till Tuesday nothing shows up I gave them call they said will be here this afternoon and then afternoon they called said to me SORRY we couldn’t find the clutch and I said why the stuff told me this morning the clutch will be here this afternoon.Absolutely bad experience make me wait a week for nothing.

I had a very pleasant experience with ASV. I ordered parts which were delivered within 24 hours. The parts were wrong for the vehicle, so I had to return it to Campbellfield. My refund came within 24 hours of calling them up. Thank you Maria and the team.
