Firstly, I want to thank Lea Tangaris for arranging all the inspections. You are amazing. It must be really hard to deal with all types of enquiries every single day across Victoria. Thank you indeed Mark Clements for fixing the window for us when Melbourne’s air was severely polluted. Thank you Anthony for being supportive and kind when we just moved in our very first home. Mark was punctual and well organized in assisting with the rectification of installed panels and demonstrated a high level of skill and precision in the work. Mark was excellent in rectifying issues with the apartment. He also came on time and was easy to deal with. His standard of service impressed, and on that basis, I would certainly look to Hickory Customer Care for future property maintenance needs.

Mark is extremely helpful and professional. When we encountered some minor defects with a few items in our apartment, he was very communicative, responsive, and accommodating to our schedule. If you see Hickory noted as the builder, stay away.I moved into an apartment in June 2021 and many of the defects are still outstanding. The outside area is also an unfinished construction site - almost 18 months later. The builder will ignore your calls, blame the contractors, say they'll fix something then backtrack - pretty much do anything possible to avoid doing their job. Customer Care will claim that items are not defects and put the onus on you to find evidence that their terrible workmanship constitutes a defect.
