On two separate occasions this man has stuffed us around. On the last occasion I was unwell and told him, not once did he ever ask if I had COVID, responded with you can just let me in and leave me.....Didn't turn up and didn't even call to advise.

Very laid back. Helpful advice via phone, seemed very eager to help, but unresponsive following that when it came time to order parts and repair. Required washer to be functioning in middle of school week, so didn't have much time to waste...lost a few days waiting for a response...still no response. Went to a competitor.
