Highly recommended. Very professional and kept me updated. Car was collected lunch time Fri from Gold Coast and arrived in Mt Isa by Monday lunch time - I had been told up to 12 business days. Competitively priced as well. Will be using again!

Luke Is very rude, inpatient and very unprofessional. Good pricing but you get what you pay for.I have had 2 jobs done by them, first one went alright, second one I regretted going with them and Luke was one of the main reasons for that. He will never answer your questions and he will not assure you anything

Melcrest Auto Express recently transported our vehicle from Brisbane to Cairns. Our car is a collector or special vehicle, has very low clearance and is our pride and joy. Both the staff in the office and the driver were courteous, professional and friendly. The car arrived safely in great condition, clean and without issue. Their price was reasonable. We have used them in the past and will use them again in the future!

After booking with Prixcar and finding out the night before collection day that making a booking with them means literally nothing I was in a panic. I called Melcrest the next morning and had my car booked in and they received my car that day. Delivered Townsville to Brisbane in 7 days, no issues whatsoever. Fair pricing, great customer service. Highly recommend.

The vehicle arrived with a dent and they don't want to know about it, do yourself a favour and find someone more professionalHi Murray,Thanks for your response however please see image below and kindly note the following:1. The dent is behind the roof rack, not under the roof rack as described by Melcrest.2. A friend of mine in Brisbane inspected the vehicle and described it as immaculate with no dents or scratches prior to delivery.3. Melcrest's inspection report on pick up also described the vehicle as having no dents or scratches (I have the report here).4. At the Adelaide depot, the vehicle was parked in such a way which blocked the dented side of the vehicle making inspection impossible. Therefore, the dent was only noticeable when I arrived home and a proper thorough inspection was possible.By this time, Melcrest had closed and I was also unable to reach the Toyota dealership so I sent an image of the dent for their review on Monday 3rd April at 530pm, they acknowledged the car was not dented at the time of delivery.This has been handled poorly and I would not recommend your service to anyone at this point. It was apparent to me that the dent was concealed at the time of collection here in Adelaide and there has been no restitution offered or acceptance of responsibility for the damage.

Have used this company twice to move my car interstate- both times very impressed! Car arrived quickly and safely, and the customer service was exceptional. I was very appreciative of them going above and beyond to make sure I had my car before the weekend, I think I spoke to someone named Luke over the phone who was very helpful. Thanks team, will definitely recommend your service.

Best experience ever with a transport company, Shane the driver was easy to communicate with prior and during the pick up and loading the vehicle onto the truck was completed without fuss. The office staff at Melcrest Auto Express were very easy to talk to, courteous and confirmation of my booking was easy completed.Thanks to National Car Movers for organizing the transport of my vehicle by Melcrest Auto Express.Will definitely use them both again in the future.Very happy customer.

Great job of transporting my cadillac from Adelaide to Brisbane.Pickup when they said and arrived when they said.Can't say any fairer than that

Not a great experience and rude customer service with no courtesy confirmation as advised that the vehicle was even picked up safely . Expected to wait around for hours with no time for pick up given . Definitely wouldnt recommend this company with your special car if you want a hassle free vehicle transport .
