Very good service and I got my car cleaned too

I am so dissapointed by the dishonesty of Katoomba's Mazda service.My 3 years and 4 months old Mazda (just out of warranty) was serviced at 40 thousands km. As a result, I was advised of a need to change two front Shaft Drives and quoted just a few dollars short of $4000.00As I was not prepared to pay this amount of money and raised a concern about my car being relatively new and just out of warranty, a suggestion was made for me to pay $698 for the reconditioned parts with a very vague explanation what parts will actually be changed for such a big difference in price.I have decided to obtain a second opinion and was informed by a qualified mechanic that both Shafts are in a perfect condition and the rubbers on both sides were the only parts that needed to be changed. It cost me $400 dollars for this job to be done.The only positive side was the admin women who displayed good customer service.Shame, shame Katoomba's Mazda service.

Have used Blue Mountains Service Centre for many years. After hitting a pot hole recently and alarms going off in the car, I phoned and spoke with Charlotte who fitted me in that afternoon. Charlotte has assisted me in the past and is incredibly knowledgeable and a great asset to BMM.

Staff go out of their way to help you with enquiries, questions about their vehicles. I enquired about a BT50 2 years ago and even though it was near closing time they still took my call, answered my questions and booked me in for a test drive even though it was late in the afternoon.

I've been coming here for my car service and checkups since 2018 and they have always helped look after my car. I would highly recommend going here. Thank you Blue Mountains Mazda
