I have been a tenant of two properties managed by Biggin Scott Port Melbourne over the last few years - and have had the pleasure of dealing with Liz Martin - who is by far the best property manager I have ever dealt. That rare combination of being prompt, professional and efficient - all the while being friendly and approachable. A real stand out.

We had the pleasure of having Liz Martin from Biggin Scott Port Melbourne look after us for the second half of our tenancy. Liz was an absolute pleasure to communicate with and was always willing to go above and beyond to ensure everything was done as quickly as possible, we’d highly recommend renting a property looked after by Liz.

I could not have been happier with my experience at Biggin & Scott. I rented with them for nearly 2 years, and found Liz Martin absolutely delightful to deal with. She is a treasure. I felt she was always there for me, nothing was too much trouble, she always followed up to make sure I was happy, and any maintenance issues were dealt with promptly and easily. I was very sorry to leave them when the owners moved back in. I would also like to give an honorary mention to Samantha Weir, my original property manager who has now left. Also really lovely to deal with. I highly recommend renting in Port Melbourne through them.

Liz and the team at Biggin & Scott have been an absolute pleasure to work with during my tenancy. Communication is clear and prompt. Inspections were always at an agreed time that was helpful to my schedule with reminders and plenty of advanced notice. The owners decided to sell and Liz and David gave me the support and advice I needed for an easy move-out. Thank you all.

From commencement to conclusion of the tenancy, Liz was prompt, approachable, friendly and invested in resolving queries or issues I had. If Liz was unavailable she would refer a colleague to assist. It’s not often you find property managers who show up for tenants and communicate professionally and promptly. I would definitely rent through this branch of Biggin & Scott again.
