I live locally and have for many years. Every time we drop in to pick up groceries they are always out of stock of so many items. Its seems to be a common issue here, planning or forecasting to replenish stock can be hit or miss, but provide the basics at least.

If you have a large car DO NOT use the carpark. I hit the power pole on exit which is inches from the edge. It has clearly been hit many , many times. Woolworths and the Bayside council should do something about it. All too easy to get too close and and lose sight of it when watching for other cars entering the narrow entrance and merging into traffic. Irresponsible to just leave it there.

Discriminatory and assumptive attitude towards those with disabilities and health limitations. Treated as guilty before innocent.I’ve been going to this store every week since it was Thomas Dux and let me tell you, the service has rapidly declined and continues to with poorly trained staff who have little consideration let alone empathy for those you simply can’t comply.

Disappointed. Called in on Mon 13/12: looked for oranges. None. same thing the next day, asked again Thu 16/12. Nope! No luck. A fellow working in F & V didn’t know. He could have offered to find out for me but didn’t. In three visits to to this sore this week I have gained the impression that a number of staff work in “silos”, others were chatting about handsome young men who’ve just walked in etc..I see a disconnect..a lack of interest…is it training? Staff shortages? maybe someone needs to manage here by walking around, and see things as customers do. Still disappointed. Oh, and the upscale grocer 50 m away has oranges.

A nice new store - but no deli?? how's that work??One register with a human behind it - where are the kids going to get their part time jobs?I will be going to IGA Concourse - no self check outs, lots of helpful staff and a lovely deli.

Been twice and both times no milk??? This is a staple that all supermarkets should have surely, there isn’t even a shortage etc. Isles are very narrow so not great with a pram

Nice new store but the isles can barely fit 2 people in them! My entire shop consisted of me waiting on one side to let others past or waiting to get to where I needed. Awful design and makes shopping extremely unpleasant and lengthy

Purchased a $12.10 Macro free range cooked chicken tonight that was cooked well and only 90 min from oven removal. The bird however was scrawny all bone and skin. It was not very enjoyable.Also the displayed green beans were of such poor quality they should not have been on sale.I did not purchase these sub standard beans. They generate a poor store image.the bird the

Shocking service, young lad needs to learn some manners quick.Terrible quality fruit and veg that appears to be on the shelf for way too long.Only decent thing is the sushi bar but even then the sushi is overpriced.
